Progress saves disappeared

Hey zAiN_q24​ did you see an error message when you first logged in and found this issue?

Hey Darko, no, when I first opened the game, it opened as normal but then when it got to choosing the save, my usual one wasn't there. Only when I restarted and tried to open the game and the error message came up

Sounds like you may have overwritten your existing save zAiN_q24​.

When you see the error do you also see the option to continue and launch the game, if so can you try this.

There was an option to launch my game, after trying it the game launched as per normal yet still my progress saves isn't there, only the option to create a new one.

As I said zAiN_q24​ sounds like your save was lost or overwritten and if this is the case then there would be nothing that we can do.

So, you're telling me the countless hours I spent playing almost every day and night, all the manger and player career saves everything is just gone? And there's nothing your billion-dollar organization can do about it? I would understand if it was a problem on my end... but it wasn't, I was playing fine as per normal then the next day I log on and all my data has been lost or overwritten what kind of bull $hit is that. And what you're not even going to try and properly understand the problem. I mean I play your game every day countless of hours as I said and what one day I wake up and the data and saves are just gone?! And what there's nothing you idiots can do about it. How much more incompetent can you and your effed up money hungry company get. I mean seriously it's an absolute joke. I have spent legitement time and MONEY on this game... and what?? Just gone like nothing happened. I mean I am your customer I use your $hitty product every day but nope, no compassion, no cares, nothing. It just ''sounds like your save was lost or overwritten and if this is the case then there would be nothing that we can do." Great good job EA I swear to God I will never buy this rubbish horse$hit game again. I want this escalted, I want a second opinion and someone else to look over this and see if they can help. If not, I demand a full refund because I shouldn't have to deal with this bull$hit.  (And no don't report this for foul language or whatever, man up and help me, don't just turn a blind eye because 'oh he used bad language' grow up and effing help me)

There is no need zAiN_q24​ to be rude and abusive, understand that you are frustrated but even then being polite and constructive is expected on the forums.

If your save file is no longer there then there is nothing we can do to restore it.
