is it just me or the gameplay is super laggy on pc, menus replays, goal celebrations and everything is smooth but the gameplay is super laggy, like the the fps is fine but then it would drop out of no where
Hey all! for me the problem was that the cpu heated too much, fixed by replacing the cpu cooler and reapplying thermal paste, hopefuly that would help!!
What are the PC specifications?
I have gtx 1660 super and intel i7 10k and I think 8-16gb ram, I reached out to ea and they said its something on their hand and that they are fixing it, I want to know if that happens to more people too
Also, I tried fc 24 on my pc, worked perfectly smooth. fc 25 seems to have a problem.
Same here it feels super laggy and not responsive.

And still, the game seems to be lagging during matches and the problems underneath keep reappearing.

What happens when the bug occurs? My player keeps walking a different way at random, input lag on controller as well and no whistles from the referee, only at full-time/half-time
What should be happening instead? Simply to play a f*cking game
It's absolutely ridiculous!! Never had any problems with controllers whatsoever. But now, when playing player career mode, everytime when I walk and I hold the RB button as well to get my defenders to press the opponent, my player just keeps walking even though I let go of the left joystick whilst still holding RB. The controller input is also really delayed in FC25, compared to all other games I've ever played. Never had any problems with controllers and any EA game through the EA App on PC and a wireless Xbox One controller with a bluetooth adapter.
Also, most of the time when a foul occurs, or any other event which causes the referee to whistle (NORMALLY), you do not hear the whistle during the games. Only at full-time and half-time.
It's absolutely horrendous how I have been paying 100 and now 120 euros a year to get an EA Play Pro subscription, [removed - inappropriate language - CM] It's like EA doesn't give a [removed - inappropriate language - CM] about their customers, AT ALL!! (Yes, I am really pissed off now, as a loyal player and subscription owner FOR MULTIPLE YEARS NOW, EA...)
And yes... I do have a good PC which can play all games on maximum graphics whithout breaking a sweat...

If the game feels laggy please make sure you have the latest drivers for your video cards and your Windows has all the latest updates. If you are running any programs in the background, it could help to close them down to see if one of the could be conflicting with the game. A great way to test this is to perform a Clean Boot and then immediately launch the game as administrator before opening up anything else.
@EA_BlueberryNot to sound rude or anything but this has been going since FIFA 23 aka the move to next gen.
Thousands of people with insane PC setups and they still have lags in a football game, while they can run cyberpunk at 4K 120fps easily, so no it’s not a background service or an issue with my PC/Laptop because i can run MUCH demanding games EASILY.
Just ask them to fix this as soon as possible (we both know they wont tho..).
I dont think its about the driver or background apps, just loaded fc 24 and it worked perfectly, problem is only in fc 25
I was in a middle of a game now when fc 25 decided to crash, this is wild releasing a game like that when its not even playable
