Coins removed

Apparently this company don't want players to make coins other than buying from them.
Today I lost 1.2 mil coins because "apparently" buying low and selling high is consider a fraud. 
Nice company EA. Removing coins from players, you are great at it, BUT resolving the cheating problem is not a priority.

    This doesn't work at all. The player community has a group chat of 100 people about those who were mistakenly banned or banned. They all appealed, but the replies were all copied and pasted by humans, without any human intervention or review. They replied directly to me every half an hour without even analyzing it

    They didn't even manually intervene in the review process and simply copied, pasted, and replied to me. Do you think this is fair and reasonable treatment of players,For upholding game integrity while giving dedicated players fair recourse.Do you think this is fair and reasonable treatment of players？？？

    Ban appeals are assessed individually and by a real person. You may be able to appeal up to three times if you still feel your ban is not warranted. Thanks.
