Abolition of mixed gender.
The mixed soccer of men and women in club mode is unrealistic and destroys the worldview of real soccer. Mixing should be abolished. Please go back to the old FIFA series where real soccer was only for men and was fun.

Oh dear, that’s a chauvinist view if ever I heard one. Maybe you also don’t like the fact that dead players also exist on the pitch with current footballers too. Isn’t that a bit more unrealistic?
Maybe the real issue here is the broken gameplay which seems to fixate around overpowered AI and gameplay that is so linear and the same time and time again.

Its not chauvinistic at all...I have to disagree. There are no mixed football teams at any competitive level.
I have a niece who is very adept at her role in midfield, who also agrees that making this a mixed genders format is a joke.
Wrexham retired male players, beat the USA womans team 12 nil in a match, a group of under 15s boys beat a full female team to an embarrassing score, there is no equality in physicality between the male and female players. Its not chauvinistic to highlight the lack in physicality.
The only sports men and woman equally compete in are: The Equestrian, Mixed tennis/ badminton doubles, mixed relay in field athletics.
Also icons were brought in to celebrate players. That was made clear from day one
