I having the same issue 
My PC specs:
i7 intel core 12

rtx3070

16GB DDR5 Ram
Gigabyte b650m

FC 24 is seriously annoying to play on PC. Might request a refund with EA and Steam support. This is issue is common and they havent bother fixing it.

    Hi all,

    I'm looking for someone to compare in private. I don't have any stuttering issue on PC but I'm looking for someone that doesn't have the brightness/color bug (color change after every cut scenes).

    If you don't face such bug please pvt me.
