Won’t pause during the game

I'm suffering from same issue in Division Rivals.
Pause button doesn't work and Quick sub also doesn't work.

Really insane.

It's ridiculous! The opponent  is probably thinking I'm rage quitting because I'm getting beat 2-0, when I'm just closing the game down because I want to change my formation and bring a sub on and I can't pause it to do that

I am playing on the Switch and this was happening in the Beta. The match cannot be paused and then when you reach half time it just shows the players on the pitch and the fourth official will walk across the middle of the pitch with his electronic board. That's as far as it goes and then you have to force quit the game. I found that it seems to happen if you do any pre match training. It also has happened if I changed which kit to wear. During the beta I played with a lot of kit clashes as to try and avoid the bug. Everytime I've left all the pre match options alone and not done any training it seems to have worked. I honestly can't believe it's launched with this bug!
