Can’t leave match after Pro Clubs game: Stuck in stadium montage loop

Product: EA SPORTS FC 24
Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Which mode has this happened in? Pro Clubs
Which part of the mode? Both drop in and clubs match

Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 25/09/2023
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Today 20:50
What is your time zone? GMT
How often does the bug occur? about 50% of the time
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play either a drop in or club game in Pro Clubs and at the end of the game after it shows the top performers you may get stuck in the loop.
What happens when the bug occurs? the game will show a montage of video clips of the stadium. The only press able button is R2 which brings up the EA connect menu but no other buttons work and the only way to exit is to completely shut down the game. The results in the pro player being awarded a 3/10 score. The his has happened in over 50% of my games and it’s killing my rating.
What should be happening instead? the game should slow you to exit/play again without having to do a hard reset

    @rikkily88 I play on pc, been Happening since Fifa 23 but feels more frequent on eafc 24, can't believe they still haven't fixed this yet. EA are just too * lazy

    Really frustrating because you dent get any XP as well from the match.

    Its pathetic the same glitch is in the "new" game. This proves its not a new game but just an update.

    Same for me. 100% of every match i playing ,drop-in, league, volta. every single match i stuck in stadium after match end.

    happens to us aswell and i‘m done man, they need to fix this * asap!!!!

    So I have been having this problem aswell, and I have not found a fix.


    However I have found the reason it is happening and now that I know its quite easy to avoid it.

    The bug always occurs after playing skill games. So if you avoid playing skill games before going into a match and restart every time after playing skill games before going into a match, you will not get this bug anymore(atleast I havent).
