Banned for opening packs

Literally got banned for opening packs for fifa points. 

So here is the problem: 

My account on fc 24 is stacked with fc 24 points and I have paid for every single point spending thousands of dollars on the game trying to build the best team possible opening packs and buying the players I want. 

A week after the game released I had opened packs for 700.000 fc 24 points spending loads of money and time invested into my game just to get transfer banned and as you can see In the attached file the reason behind the ban is blank.

For me it’s just annoying right? 
so what did I do about it? 
I emailed ea without responses, it’s now been almost 2 weeks without a response. Horrible if I say so myself. 

The question now is

1. What do I do

2. Am I eligible for a refund? 
3. Any compensation for this *?
