Hi EA, Once again the terrible game play issues continue. Never have I seen any game this bad. Even with top notch internet, mid game I get disconnected and it leaves ultimate team. Hi, I'm trying to play EA FC24 online on Xbox Cloud Gaming but I always get the following error: You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more. Some things that I already tried to fix the problem: - Tested on my desktop PC using Chrome, Edge, Firefox. Tried using Wi-Fi connection and ethernet cable on my home network, and tried to use my mobile phone network. None of them worked. - Tried on my work laptop using Chrome and my home network via Wi-Fi connection, and using my mobile phone network. None of them worked either. - Tried using my own laptop using Chrome and my girlfriend's house connection via Wi-Fi connection, and it worked, so I brought my own laptop back home and tried to play on my home network, worked for some matches and then after closing the game, I tried to play again after some hours, and got the same error now. - Tried on my mobile phone (Xiaomi Poco X4 Pro on Android 13) using my home network and the carrier network, both of them worked flawless. I have been winning games in div rivals and in draft. Ill be up by multiple goals and then my opponent rage quits. Sometimes when this happens and it says the opponent has left the match I hit a on that message and then it gives me a message saying something like "you were disconnected from the server and will be kicked out of ultimate team". There's nothing wrong with my internet and I have reset my game and it still continues to happen. It isn't too frequent but happens about 10% of the time I get an opponent to rage quit. When I play FC 24 manager career on Nintendo, I used to and still do get a bug where in the negotiation cutscene to buy or sell a player where I meet another teams manager, I get this bug where after we go to a conclusion, the game just freezes. I can still hear the background music, but I can't do anything. Then I am forced to restart the game. Now I'm getting this new bug where when I enter a game, everything is grey. Like the colors are not applying. All the player and fan models are grey. This bug just appeared yesterday. Even if I restart the game, the color bug is still there when I press play. The color bug only appears when I go into a game and is not an accessibility setting. The problem is I can't tell my players and opposite players apart and it looks ugly. Pretty sure the color bug happened after a recent update. I play on a Nintendo switch in the United States. Please help EA.Sprinting Carrer Mode Bug

I'm experiencing a serious issue in EA Sports FC 24 on PS4. In the "Online Seasons" mode, my controls are completely broken after starting a match. Passes, shots, and player movement become unresponsive or misdirected — as if I'm not actually controlling the players. This issue started right after my opponent with the username "nicole_gloria06" paused the game at the very beginning of the match. As soon as the game resumed, my controls became completely unresponsive and misaligned. This problem only happens in "Online Seasons". In Kick-Off or other offline modes, everything works fine. I’ve tested: Restarting the game and PS4 Reconnecting my controller Change control types None of these steps helped. It feels like control settings are not applied properly in Seasons mode. I get following error when playing FC 24 on XCloud 'Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your network connection'. I cannot change any network settings because I don't have access to it and it uses the network of the servers of Xbox which could not be the problem because other XCloud users can play online.
