The Anti-Cheat window loops into “performing reinstallation,” and the same error persists: The error message is consistent and repeatable: EA Javelin Anticheat encountered an error. Please restart your PC. C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe (7) (2) Internal error #4: C0000210 – Dumping failed. This confirms the issue is not caused by local setup or user error. EA support acknowledged the problem but redirected me here instead of escalating internally. I am posting this to demand visibility and proper escalation. Will not connect to ea Severs on my ps5 however it connects fine on ps4
My PlayStation 5 has two versions of FC24 ps4/ps5 I want to ply ultimate team on the ps5 however it keeps saying “you have lost your connection check your home network to EA servers” my internet is fine all my other games work online. Hello EA forums, I just bought FIFA 23 for Black Friday, after finally buying a new computer after 10 years & I must say that I'm extremely disappointed to see that not only are the Finalists' squads not updated for the 2 DLCs 2022 FIFA World Cup & 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, but also there are no faces from the game's Title Updates. Apparently, the game's servers were shutdown on October 30, 2025, when they initially were meant to run to December 15. Because of the early shutdown, over a month later buying the game on Black Friday, I now miss out on all this content. How to fix/rectify this situation? Many thanks, RobbieD_PL
PC restarting while playing match in EAFC 24
Hi, when playing ea fc 24 my computer restarts for no reason. First I have a black screen and in a few seconds it turns off and on, as in a reboot. It used to happen to me when I played FIFA 23, but I told myself that if it happens to me in the new year, I will start dealing with it. It happens to me mainly when I play matches, but it has also happened to me in the lobby. I've been looking for a solution for an awful long time, but nothing works and I don't think many people have the same problem. It only happens to me with EAFC 24/FIFA 23. I ask for a solution. I heard the player limit cap for both is 50 but some claim to have made a unlimited amount of players without a glitch. For context, I am making a tournament that would require 100+ players to create and I've done this on fifa 22 but its finally reached a level where its glitching midgame and many players names' not being shown. So please if anyone whos faced a similar experience with being capped at 50 players or has been able to make 100+ players without the game crashing, please let me know what i should do or not before buying either of the games.

I can open the game up to the point where I have to select my profile. Immediately after I select the profile my screen turns grey and the game then crashed, however there is nothing that says your game has crashed on the screen and iv been trying to fix it all day and I haven't been able to. Please help.
