Just bought EAFC25 pc on steam and menus is all blurry, i use a 1080p monitor

My pc is all capable off running all sorts off games battlefield 2042 at max settings for example and my monitor was used for FC 24 on xbox series x with no issues at all, so why does my screen look like this??

only thing that has solved it has been DLDSR in Nvidia settings but i dont want to rely on stuff that decrease performance, cant even see the club bagdes correctly and its almost unplayable at native resolution 1920x1080
