Still having high ping

I've tried creating multiple tickets regarding high ping and nothing ever gets solved. I was told 3 times to contact my ISP, however, they're #5 on your list of best connectivity according to your website, only a few points down from frontier fiber. No other EA game that I play has connectivity issues, nor does any game I play on my PC ever have lag, except yours. My ISP says everything is running perfectly fine and I use wired connection. I seriously just tested it out: ONLY 2 of the 10 matches I queued for in Rush Clubs mode ran normally. So 80% of the games I wait in a 2-3 minute queue for ends up being unplayable. Ping shoots up to 100+ and even when it says 3 or 32, it's still laggy. I live in Dallas and according to your site theres an EA server here, so why am i being connected to far servers? Counter Strike 2 has a server in dallas and when I connect to it, or even the ones in denver or chicago, my game runs fine. ONLY EAFC doesnt work normal....
