I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
If that doesn't help, let me know what the message is that you're seeing when you try to play the trial.

I am having the same issue can you please help me? The solution of turning off the router then restarting the xbox didnt work for me ☹️

Do you have an EA Play subscription or did you purchase the Ultimate Edition? What platform are you on?
i also got the game on xbox on ea play and the 10 hour trial is also saying it has ran out despite not using it, any workaround?
I have EA Play subscription and I am on Xbox. I just purchased the full version standard edition today too.

Which version of FC 25 did you pre-order or are you trying to play through an EA Play subscription?
@EA_Aljo I pre-ordered the standard edition X/S on Xbox with EA play and can’t play the 10 hour trial it says it has expired when I haven’t played any of it, none of the workarounds work.
