Re: "There was a problem getting your online information. Please try again."-Clubs

For the past 12 hours, the Pro Clubs game has been broken. When you try to login it reads "There is a problem getting your online information. Please try again.". Only a few days ago, every club had been put into Division 5 for Play Offs which is bad enought but at least the game was playable. No messages anywhere saying EA are aware of the problem and trying to fix the issue or even an apology for the inconvenience caused. It's not good enough EA! Provide some customer service when you've made these mistakes by keeping your customer up-to-date! Every Pro Clubs account is not working! What are you doing about this?
