Re: I am unable to shoot in EAFC24

I'm getting the same bug as the other guys: weak shots, feeling as if I'm passing the ball and no power when I hit the circle button on PS5. 

I only play Season and dropped from Div 4 to 8....... cause I can't shoot!

I had this issue come up in January and again about 2-3 weeks ago. The fix in January was to switch between Alternate and back to Classic, but not this time

I've done the following:

- reset the controller(s)

- changed the controller

- changed the controller settings from Classic to Alternate, One button, Two or Custom and then back to Classic

- delete and reinstall the game

I had zero problems with the controllers and shooting in the previous versions of FIFA; what changed? Why is this reoccurring? How can we fix this?
