EA FC 25 PC Lag / Micro stutter / Input delay.
Ever since i made the switch from console to PC i have been getting these annoying micro stutters every few seconds, part of me thinks its when a Playstyle + is activated but im not sure, my game runs over 250fps and fps dont drop with the stutter ping doesnt jump either, pro clubs 11v11 with 22 online players is unplayable as it lags constantly i know many people within the clubs scene getting this same issue, Rivals / Rush still lags just not as 11v11 clubs.
I have tried every solution possible and changed every NVIDA setting there is to change, Tried turning off game mode Hardware acc gpu settings, did a fresh install of windows wiping the ssd i even upgraded my CPU from a i9 10850k to a Ryzen 7800X3D for the same issue to occur, have tried playing in 1080p and 1440p, have tried changing bios settings etc but its the same over 2 different cpus that use different motherbaords so this isnt my system thats the issue its this game i have attached the DxDiag file,

he stutters are micro stutters so its hard to record and notice it on a recording but they are there constantly and makes the game really unenjoyable borederline unplayable at times.
Lastly just to mention i have tried every possible thing that any staff have advised on here nothing works, have tried editing ini file with fps / Refresh rate, my refresh rate is 170, i've tried lowering that and even capping fps as low as 60 that makes the game worse and even more stuttery.
