SCREEN ALL BUGGED WITH COLORS

i played a squad battles game and mid game the whole screen just went to a color explosion. i couldnt have seen the pitch the screen was bugged and it caused me to lose the squad battles game and it happened to once in rivals but i somehow managed to win the game so if someone could help me with fixing it or something i would really appreciate it.
