I bought the FC25 game and it says it’s not purchased

I activated a key with FC25 (I can also provide the key) and it says i have to buy the full game. I did receive the game, i have it in the library, license and everything but when I install it or if I search FC25 on the store, it says i don’t have the game and i need to buy it. I’ve tried everything and still couldn’t make it work. (Clearing the cache, restarting console, searching for licenses, checking for updates, reinstalled the game at least 5 times). I’ve got in contact with the PSN team and They told me the key is for the full fc25 standard edition game, and it should work but the problem gotta be on the EA side, also I have the game on the EA account, I can see it when I want to make a ticket or something, it says “Your Game” so I think no doubt of a problem with the license and also in game I have only 3 options, and when i try the “Upgrade” option to see what happens I get an error as you can see in the Photos below.Also, when i install the game it’s only ~55gb which I think it’s low.
I tried creating 3 tickets on the EA help page but for nothing since they just changed it from in progress to resolved with no answer, so good job help team🙏🏻
