Can't buy fc points

I can't buy fc points in eafc 24, the fc points sections is not appearing on console and in web app 

technical issues

    Hi @quemirebobo22 

    Try purchasing your points from the PlayStation store directly on your console instead of the in-game store. Let me know if you run into any issues there as well.

    Are you not seeing the option to purchase them, or have you bought some that haven't appeared in-game for you?

    I’m facing the same problem, I bought some points directly from the PS store but it’s not reflecting in my account

    I do not have the option to buy directly from the game. I have bought from PlayStation  but it is not showing up in game

    I am trying to buy some fc points but it keeps saying when it is processed there is an unidentified error every time.
