Connects to a remote EA server

I am playing from Bangladesh on Xbox series S, and during online games I should ideally connect to EA Delhi server, as that is the closest one from my location. So I should get good ping also (38-42) as my ISP connection is good. But instead, I'm always getting connected to the Singapore server, which is more remote than the Delhi server, causing me higher ping and packet loss, and slow controller response. I have complained it to my ISP already several times, and they have done much troubleshooting, but ultimately couldn't bring any positive result. Can someone help me with the issue, and guide if I need to do any network configuration /settings in my xbox or router, or at ISP end? I've been suffering a lot for quite some time now, and need your urgent support please.
