Fc25 error

Hi all 

I’m desperate for help. 

I bought my son fc25 for Xmas. But I can not get it to work on the switch. 

I installed the console. Started to download, go back an hour later to see it has corrupt data. I do the check data process, this finds no corrupt data. I then download again. Have to wait an hour… repeat and still the same. 
I have reset the whole devise, erased all data and started again… same thing. 
i then reset it again and bought it from online shop instead. Starts the download and corrupt data message is shown with error code 2005-0003. 

any help would be greatly appreciated
