Packs glitch game crash after I open packs with fc points

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Says you have packs but when you enter the store can’t find my packs option. Happened the day I got the game on early access day.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sometimes game closes out
What should be happening instead? I should be able to access my packs

this has been happening almost daily I’ve reported the bugs on PlayStation countless times once the games crashes and it asks me to report the error
