FC 24 not launching

Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Player Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to run game from steam or ea app (same)
What happens when the bug occurs? First, appears anticheat splash screen, after that it is closes. Opens black window, after a few seconds black window closes.
What should be happening instead? Run game
I try to solve this problem:
- Set offline-mode in EA App
- Run game with administrator rights
- Run game with Windows 8 compatibility mode
- Check and fix file integrity in Steam (3-4 times)
- Update nvidia drivers
- Turn-off Windows Defender
- Add binaries (FC24, FC24_Trial and EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher) to firewall exceptions
- Reinstall WIndows 10 (last build 22H2 with last updates)
- Try to install redists and .NET Framework from game folder (__Installer folder)
- Try to reinstall Anticheat (__Installer folder)
- Check Secure Boot (is enabled)
- Reupload game from Steam
- FInd FC 24 folder in Documents and check CrashDump files in WinDbg (I have suspicions about Denuvo, although the copy is fully licensed, it is on Steam)
- Move Documents folder from "D:\Documents" to default location "C:\Users\Alexander\Documents"
- Delete FC24 folder from Documents directory
- Change FULLSCREEN parameter from 1 to 0 in fcsetup.ini file
- Try to turn-on VPN
After each step I tried to launch the game, but the error remains the same
I don't install cheats, I don't modify windows kernel, drivers, etc
