Bluetooth Headphone disconnects and game freezes with very low FPS

I always plas EA FC 24 with my bluetooth headphones and after playing it for 10-15 minutes, my headphones disconnects and the game gets very laggy with very low FPS and becomes unplayable.
I think it has something to do with my bluetooth headphones because when i play without it it runs well. And btw this only happens with EA FC 24, with any other game it runs fine.
Has anyone experienced this issue or have any idea of how can i solve it? 
I know i could just play without the bluetooth headphone or use a headphone with cable but i would like to fix this issue.
