DirectX Error

I get so far into loading/running the game via "Steam" on my high powered laptop then I get this error.:-

I have uninstalled the graphics drivers and software. Downloaded DirectX.  Uninstalled and redownloaded FC24 and still game will not fully load up.

I get passed the load personal setting and just after that it try's to connect to the EA servers, then crashes.

Other steam games run on the laptop (GTAV)
