Carrer Mode - Dynamic Potential bug for Youth Academy Players

Which part of the mode? Player Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It's all about testing the potential for a player, to be precise, one with pretty good Potential. It can be shown with players with the mark "An Exciting Prospect" or even "Potential to be Special". If a player has played a biiiig mayority of their games, their potential won't drop but neither will it grow. It's common for high potenial youth academy players to lose their potentials at an alarming rate with no way whatsoever to grow it back because DP isn't well implemented.
What happens when the bug occurs? Players don't increase their set potential and/or they begin losing a big mayority of their potential.
What should be happening instead? Youth Academy players should have Dynamic Potential working like every single other player in the game.

I want to ask if you guys are able to fix the Carrer Mode problem about Youth Academy Players having their Dynamic Potential not working.  In my case in regards of playing FC 24, the gamemode I enjoy the most is Carrer Mode and I understand if this gamemode isn’t the biggest priority of needing maintenance, especially in TOTS Season but as time goes by, this problem goes unfixed which makes CM as a whole far less enjoyable to play in comparison to past versions of the game or even to entire past console generation versions of the game in which molding your own made superstars was, for me, the biggest reason to continue playing and finishing 15 season savefiles. Reading through some logs on this website, I noticed that this was a problem too during Beta Tests and that this problem also appeared in last year's game, regardless of the generation of the console. I just want to know or get an answer if a solution to this problem will ever be applied or should we expect no more updates regarding this key element of the gamemode. I sinecerly await an answer.
