Guys, get on the Companion App. I'm on Switch too and it won't let me start Evolutions there, but they're still available through the App.

That is good news. But to be honest: I don't know how to log into the Companion App. I never created a EA FC specific user and don't know which credentials to use. Can you help me here?

Recommends to use the companion app.
I would love to do just that. But I don’t know which credentials to use. When I use the credentials of my Nintendo Switch user (who is connected to my EA FC account), I get an error message.
Can anybody help please??

What worked? Did you start the new Evo via the Companion App? Are you a Switch-User? How did you log in? With which login data/ credentials?

Can you please tell me which credentials (login data) do you use for the Companion App as a Nintendo Switch user?
If Companion App is a work around, the support here should help us to get the Companion App working, that would at least reduce the pain the bug is causing.
By the way: In one hour the TOTY Unsung Hero Evo is running out of time that would then be the 6th evo that I am missing 😢.

This is a possible workaorund for all those (which seem to be mostyl or solely Switch users) who cannot start new evolutions.
Use the companion or web app. My problem was that I did not know how to log into it and since I only tried the mobile companion app, I could not figure it out. I asked for support several times, but nobody was able to help me.
If you know the email that you EA FC account is running on, it is enough to go to the Web App. There you can log in with a one-time code or change your password, so that you can use the app permanently. This is web app link - https://www.ea.com/ea-sports-fc/ultimate-team/web-app/
In the Web App I could start a new evo without any problems.

Have you tried checking your settings in ea fc 24 to find your ea account? I don't think that my EA details are th3 same as my Switch details and it's the EA account y9u need to connect to. If you don't have an EA account, I believe you can create one and then link your EA FC to it and set up the Companion App.
- @Mondos82 Ah, that's a shame. It solved the issue for me, although it is a pain having to log out of console and then logging into the App to start an Evolution.
