Fut champs bug

Hi, my FUT Champions Play-Offs are stuck. I have 1250 Qualification Points, 6 Evergreen Entries left, but the game shows 0 matches remaining and doesn’t let me start a new Play-Off. It’s been this way for weeks. Please reset my FUT Champions Play-Off progress or help me re-enter.” It has been the same case since probably 6 months now
