WL 1 loss counted as 2 losses

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 3:30PM
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't knwo
What happens when the bug occurs? 1 loss count as 2 losses
What should be happening instead? Not count as 2 losses

I was playing WL and played 3 games. (2 wins and 1 loss)

In that defeat I gave up and went back to the UT main menu, where I found that I had 2 wins and 2 losses. Which means that in this last game I played I gave up and it counted as 2 losses out of nowhere.

But when I gave up before entering the UT menu the following message appeared:

It is currently not possible to connect to Ultimate Team. You will be redirected to the Main Menu.

    Played and won my last Champion's game with final result 6:3. After game has finished , message about server and now it is registered as a lost. This is maybe the third time this has happened, it sure looks like a cheat.

    I’ve suffered something weirder. My rival left (he was on PC; I’m on Xbox) after I scored at the first half. It was my last game and it counted as a lost. However, when ‘trying’ to claim my rewards or to check FC, I now have -1 matches left hahhahaha

    I played early to finish my FC to try to get more Golazos and this happened.

    I am speechless.

    It's not just champions it happens in. Was on DR last night, with a 98% connection going by EAs own connection tool, won the game 2 nil, whistle went only for me to see the you appear to have quit message.

    Absolutely embarrassing for this to be happening and be called at fault by EA for their crap programing.

    This happened to me also. Just played my first WL game and my opponent left when i scored 5-1. Now it shows 1-1 and 18 games left.

    I have played 2 games in fut champ, literaly entered 2 matches. Lost the first, in the second i was loseing also. The refere whistle the end of game, i get a dnf (that is not the problem, i’m used to that). When i enter back in the game the record shows 3 loses. How is that possible???

    Entered 2 matches and have record of 0-3????

    @G2A_Monkey Same for me, i was 2-0 then played a game and lost and when i pressed ”advance” i got kicked out of UT and im supposed to be 2-1 then right, but when i enter Ultimate Team again im 2-2 in FUT Champs

    this is the reason why im going to this web, everytime I have a big win and the opponent forfeit the game its happen today!

    I have the same problem. I played 4 matches and in stats I have 2-4. For one loss, it counts as two.
