Cant change kits or stadium cosmetics without errors and it reverting back

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? no idea, game was fine until i quick sold the flamengo kit now it keeps re attaching even tho i swapped kits, so when i load in the game i have to try to swap kits all time and as in the images attached i cant make changes on the web or companion app i just get error messages

What should be happening instead? no erors and being able to set and keep kits selection as i set it
