EAFC clubs facilitate budget

See pic. Just hit rep level 6 for club and total budget says 1.5 M, however I’m missing 50,000. I have 1.45 M only. Is this an error or a cop-out round up issue? If so, being rewarded 50,000 only for a level up is not cool.
