Game not Synchronizing Hospitality or Content Settings After Title Update 15.1

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Conduct either a clean installation of the game, or delete all saved files and reboot.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game will launch and attempt to log into EA servers and fail approximately one in fifteen attempts, or will successfully log in to the servers, and fail to synchronize the hospitality settings, or synchronize the server files for discovering and applying new game content. Whether the connection to the EA servers occurs or not, the game launch pauses for sixty to ninety seconds while attempting to synchronize the hospitality settings. Instead of a quick initialization with the majority of pre-configured user settings applying to the new game launch, the original game launch occurs, requiring the user to manually select their region, favorite league and club, before continuing on to the main menu. At the main menu, the user is forced to go through all game settings, including entering a Player Career mode save to access the options for turning off 'Threat Indicator' and 'Player Position Indicator' to avoid seeing the annoying red arrows during Manger Career mode or Kick Off matches. After manually changing all settings, only forty percent of the time are they saved when terminating the game and restarting, often requiring a successive series of game setting configurations. These errors did not begin occurring until two days after the release of Title Update 15.1. The game was progressing normally from June 11th through June 13th last week after the update.
What should be happening instead? Game session should start normally, immediately logging into EA servers and synchronizing both files without failure, as has occurred for the past nine months.
No screen shot recorded. The delay or pause when the game launches looks similar to a normal beginning of the game, except the gray text box with white lettering displaying 'Synchronizing Hospitality Settings' and 'Searching for New Content' appear on the screen for an extended period, then fail and the game initialization continues as though the game were new, and the user has never logged in before, or does not have an EA account.
