Victor Gyökeres performance Down

I am facing working issues with victor gyokeres as his pace is been so slow as he is been slower than van basten (99 euro) but both have alot of difference in terms of pace. And he also comes up in defending but he has medium work rate at defence. Can anyone explain why It’s happening?

    EA haven't give him 4 star skill moves its also a debate but his performance is so much down as I can’t even get pass the slowest defenders with him but at same time in same match van basten 99 does hatricks easily it’s unjust with a good card.

    @6sdmdvtn05in You might have a Gyökeres with shooting at 150 points but you'll never get to use his skill, as he'll lose each and every ball, and is too slow to make a run through.
