Ban or suspended account

in order to appeal a ban, you have to contact EA Support. If you've already appealed and are currently waiting for a reply, please be patient, as a case can take up to 10 days to be reviewed before a decision is made.

I appreciate it, but they had sent me an email saying they will not lift the sanction on my Fc mobile account. This was like 2-3 days ago 

It says I was cheating, I don’t do any of those circumstances where it puts the game on a bad reputation like hacking, using bots. Etc

 I think they banned it by mistakenly though, I don’t know why they banned it if I don’t use hack. They don’t want to appeal the ban 

Every ban appeal gets reviewed and judged individually, so if the appeal was denied, then that was after your case was reviewed. You can appeal the ban, but it's the Terms of Services Team that decides if the appeal will be approved or denied. 

Unfortunately, there's nothing else we can do.

Could my account be banned temporarily or you think it’s permanent?

we don't have access to bans here in the forum, so can't check if a ban is temporary or permanent. You can go to your ban history to check this yourself.

I checked my ban history and it says I have nothing in there, so I don’t really know why they banned my account, could you please let me
