Bug in Christmas gifts rewards

I' ve opened all 9 posible prizes, but there wasn't any gift box in any place. Does anyone have had the same problem?

    I had the same issue.  It should have been my very first gift box for week5 but I got nothing.  

    Also, it is not mentioned anywhere that you can only collect up to 3 gift boxes every week.  You can claim 3 "rewards" (not gift boxes) every week using the gift boxes you collected.

    @cjlam31 Exactly. You need 3 of them to claim the weekly rewards. Fourth one you don't need
