Use of auto clicker

Is it a violation to use auto clicker to increase player's evo with the aim of increasing the exp of the player being leveled automatically? or to buy items such as bronze players which are max 20 purchases per day with the aim of keeping your hands from getting sore/tired is that also a violation? please explain I just want to play with fair play
