Installation Matrix :O

Hi. Sorry for my english. I have a problem. I have original Sims 3 plus WA, LN. but after first gameplay ,next day, I tried to load game and game sais there is no LN and no addons at all. Why it is like this? later when I reinstalled game, game does not ask me for a serie code...XP system...please help...
