@ArtOis2024 hi there. This seems to be quite common as you’re not the first one to report that they have mistakenly used the lower icon version in an exchange or for training. There are several threads about this that have popped up in the last several hours.

@EA_Illium maybe you can give more details to folks who used the cards in an exchange or for training. My feel is that the card is gone and the chance for a 93 is lost. But if enough folks made the error maybe there is a chance that EA could give a compensation package to those impacted. There is no indication that I could find that the lower OVR versions are needed to upgrade to the next level. Something to be improved on for next time (great concept otherwise).

    Same here have exchange the 85 ovr card without knowing,what is the next step.

    @tomjam099 Hi bro, you have a PRO label next to your nickname, so I want to reach out to you. If you have any opportunity to contact the developers directly, please do it. A lot of people fell into this trap with an 85-rated idol card absolutely all over the world. We don't want to lose the opportunity to get a 93-rated card just because we lost an 85-rated card. Thank you in advance for the answer and I apologize for my English, I don't know it well.

    Utilizei meu jogador por engano no packs, onde agora não irei conseguir finalizar o evento e pegar a carta 93+

    EA poderia estar nos ajudando com o tema?

    @EREVANSKIY_WPAK I wish I had that much pull with EA. Pretty sure they are aware of the issue as it is all over the socials. The only way you would know though is if they announce something through their usual channels (Discord or X).

    @mendozzamagic did you hear anything??

    Hi is there anyway i can get in touch with Jason cause unlike many others I lost my Cannavaro to but not the 85 OVR card I accidentally used the 87 OVR card in the Jarzinho exchange i was being so careful but that one slipped right by me I've been a faithful player of this game for 2 years I've gone through bug issues and anything else that's gone wrong with the game I even came back when we lost all of our players and progress when they switched to the new version in September I'm just asking please I made a mistake and I'm hoping I can get the 87 OVR card so I can complete the quest cause just today I unlocked the 90 OVR version but can't do the exchange because like a knuckle head I accidentally used the 87 OVR card I'm just asking please can it be possible can they add him to the store can they just give me another thank you

    @tomjam099 Hi on which server is this cause unlike others I accidentally lost my 87 OVR Cannavaro in the Jarzinho exchange I just unlocked the 90 version but can't claim it I'm only human I made a mistake they compensated everyone who used their 85 OVR card and it was for all 3 icons I've been playing this game faithfully every day for 2 years plus I'm just asking if there's anyway I can get the 87 OVR so I can complete the quest I'd really like to be able to get his 93 OVR card I'm not asking for much just an 87 base icon at that thank you for your time

    @tomjam099 Thank you I joined the server and DM EA..Jason hope he can help it was an accident I did the Jarzinho exchange and thought I checked before completing each one somehow he got by me I'm not asking for much I just need his 87 to complete the quest I've already unlocked his 90 but can't do zip till I get that 87 I'm so mad at myself

    Bro I was crying Lampard was one of my favourite players and I lost him due to this stupid rule of exchange I exchanged him with someone else in the exchange now I don’t have my card and can’t even buy him I played 25 games for nothing I lost my 90 rated Lampard and hopes for 93 as well

    @psthefootballer I accidentally lost my 87 Cannavaro in the Jarzinho exchange your worse off then me you lost a 90 Lampard I've reached out to EA..Jason on Discord he has yet to get back to me
