Lineup selected not reflected in League tournament

Hi, 

I have a lineup titled League which I had selected for League tournaments always.  But when I change the team on the Club section, it automatically changes the tournament lineup to the one selected. 

If this is the case, What's the point of having lineups.  Ideally I should be free to use lineup I want for DRs and tourneys.  It doesn't give that option.
