Can Lenovo U310 play play both Sims 3 & Sims 2 ?

Hi everyone

I need some help here

I have been playing Sims 1 and 2 for many years and I love Sims 2

Becuase my old laptop was ..well, very old so i haven't get a chance to try Sims3 yet

I have been looking for a new laptop  and I want one with Win 7 system

However, it is Win 8 on the market everywhere now and i have very limited choice of Win 7

Recently i looked for the stores ( I am from Asia so it might not be the same as in the USA or other area), I hve three choice of laptop with Win 7 Home version that are still available and in my budget

the first one is Asus N56VM

It's I5-3210m  2.5 GHz      4G DDRIII 1600     NVIDIA Geforce FT630M 2G 

I am very sure this one can perform Sims 2& 3 very well, but it's a bit heavier and according to my experience of purchasing 2 Asus, the service is not too well; also it's the most expensive one aomong the 3 choices

the second and the third on are both Lenovo u310

the differences are the second one is using I5 3317U   1.7GH ( turbo up 2.6GH )     4G DDR III       Intel HD 4000

                             and the third one is   using  I3  2367M   1.4GH        4GDDR III       intel  HD 3000    

                          these two models i will have to buy an extra CD player

Asus N56VM is about 890 usd

lenovo U310 ( I5-3317U ) is about 780 usd

levnovo u310 ( I3-2367m) is about 650 usd

honestly I know nothing about Lenovo  but the sales told me it's more stable than Asus

plus the U series are looking niceer and much lighter

however, a light laptop is good and convient but not priority for me

since those three laptops are all in my budget

I would like to know if both the Lenovo U310 models can play sims2&3 smoothly  or should I just go with the Asus?

I would really appreciate if womeone can give me a correct answer as soon as possible

The win 7 system is vanishing on the market here 

And i have been trying to surf the net for an answer but can't really figure it out clearly
