- A detailed description of what is occurring: I click on The Sims 3 Pets Expansion Pack, which I just finished downloading and installing, the game begins to load, but before the menu even opens, a box pops up that says "Unknown error occured".
- A detailed description of any troubleshooting you have already attempted: I tried step one, to install the patch manually, that did not work. I was unable to de-activate the custom content because the game menu will not load. I exited Origin and logged back in again.
