    I redeemed it 15 hours ago or so and my profile on thesims3.com shows that I have The Sims 3, Late Night and High end loft, but the game doesn't appear on my Origin client (I tried refreshing and logging out and in)

    I think you dont get the real problem here.

    I will explain again carefully.

    We have redeem our code already, but we did on thesims3.com website as the Origin client said before EA noticed that the link was wrong and changed it.
    We CANT REDEEM our code again because was already redeemed on TheSims3 website. Still, TheSims3 website doesnt shows our game in the purchased history does either on Origin or anywere else. The only place where we can see something related with the game is on our Origin profile where we can see that we have linked both accounts from thesims3 and Origin.

    You can see this screenshot as example of how my profile says that I have an specific identity on The Sims 3 and shows there my username even tho I havent the game either on Origin and TheSims3 website:

    I am having the same issues as the others, basically followed the instructions to redeem it at the sims website. It SAID it was redeemed, and now it won't appear in the history as the info suggests.

  • the problem im having is that i redeemed the code on origin, but the product code is still only 16 didgits when it should be 20,so i can't register the game. i tried live chatting yesterday, and the clueless customer service peolpe kept telling me to contact humblebundle, and basically said there is absolutly nothing they could possible do in this lifetime to help me.

    An update on my problem:

    - On the sims page, when I go to My Profile, the games are listed as owned (in My games: The Sims 3 and Late Night, in My Stuff Packs: High-end Loft).

    BUT: I can't download them anywhere on The sims page and they don't show up on my Origin app library.

     

    *On the sims website:

    - If I click on the games' icons, I'm redirected to their "buying page", where the only avaliable optiona are "add to cart" or "buy it now". Which mens that doing that I can't actually download them.

    - If I go to Purchase History, it is empty. So I can't download the games there either.

    *On the Origin app:

    - If I go to my Origin account on the Origin app, and open my library, the game is NOT listed there.

    - If on Origin app I try to add the game by clicking on redeem product code, I get the message that it can't be redeemed there and that I should go to https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/redemption/index

    - After going on that link, I type in the code and I'm directed to a page to "confirm product" (which has The Sims 3 information". But when I confirm, I get the message that "This code had already been used".

    So, who exactly am I supposed to download and play the game?

    *Summing up:

    Please do NOT link me to pages explaining how to solve the 20 digit code problem, or how to download the game from Origin libary, because I do NOT have access to the game whatsoever!

     

    Also, don't link me to pages showing me the basic obvious steps to redeem the code on Origin account , because I've already did all of them and they didn't work. (Please read the detailed discription above before replying):

     

    Details about which steps I aready did (about 100 times):

     

    - On Origin app: Origin > Redeem code > confirm [does NOT work - redirected to a link]

    - On the Origin account link provided by the message on the Origin app after following the steps above (https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/redemption/index): Type in the code > Confirm > Confir again. [dos NOT work - CODE ALREADY USED]

    - On The Sims website: My page > My Account > Redeem a code > Redeem a code > type in code > redeem [already did that and got a success message]

    - On The sims website: My page > My account > My profile. [does NOT work - games are listed but I can't download them]

    - On The sims website: Store > My store account > Purchase history. [does NOT work - history is empty]

    I'm getting frustrated that they keep responding in the same way even though multiple times it has been state that what they are answering is NOT the problem.

    Please refer to this thread that *I* have created, giving you exact steps and two different ways of contacting EA/Origin which are available to anyone living in the US and/or Canada.  Not sure if the call back option would be available to those overseas but if it is there, I recommend it.  My problem was solved in less than 5 minutes after I received the call back from this very pleasant lady who knew about my issue very quickly.

    I actually just got mine resolved using support chat. Got a good roll of the dice on the rep actually. Just was polite, described the 16 digit key refused to work and claimed it was already in use. provided my origin id and my busted humble bundle key. 

    All i had to do then was log into thesims3.com and then she provided my 3 20digit for the keys (game + 2 dlc) I entered those in and the appeared in my origin library instantly.
