We have done everything EA Games has asked for and waited, waited and waited some more. The Purchase History shows the FREE stuff like the Carnival and Survival packs, which have appeared yesterday on the 28th of June, but no actual game. WHY?

If it's not there, you need to contact customer support

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
