Re: I Can't See My Purchase History
Make sure you log in the right account.
Oftentimes, if you are logged in to the Launcher and The Sims 3 Store with different accounts, your items will download onto the account currently logged in to the Launcher.
If you downloaded your items onto the wrong account, you can always re-download content by accessing the Purchase History section under your Sims 3.com Account.
To view your Purchase History:
- Log in to your Sims 3.com account
- From the 'My Page' drop-down menu, select 'My Account.'
- Click on the 'Store Account Information' link.
- Click on the 'Purchase History' menu item on the lower left-hand navigation.
You should now see all items you have purchased under the account logged in. You can re-download content at any time from this section.
