Ok I got it uploaded!!! 

What I had to do was uninstall Origin completely and not re-install it and then what do you know bam it uploaded! Everyone that has DL'd it from Simply Sims has not had an issue and to find out I was having an issue with Origin itself is just crazy.

    Stupid Origin.

    Totally unclear why that one would not work. Makes no sense. The error message in the log don't seem to be consistant either.

    Glad this worked for you. Guess it won't help any of those users that need Origin. I fear for Sims 4. Not because of the game itself but because of stupid Origin.

    There seem to be a lot less issues if you don't have it.
