Origin and Sims 3 launcher going back and forth, game wont open.
I got a new laptop, HP Envy x360 2 in 1. I redownloaded my Sims games from origin and attempted to copy my old files from my external hard drive. I'm running into all sorts of problems. The biggest one being now my game won't launch at all.
When I click on the Sims 3 shortcut it opens Origin and then the launcher. When I click the play button on the launcher up pops the Origin page, when I click play from Origin the launcher pops up again, and the cycle repeats. It just keeps bouncing back and forth between Origin and the launcher and never actually opens the game. This along with the error 15 messages I was getting when it was actually working jave got me ready to return this laptop. Why won't it work properly?? Can anybody help???
