Re: sims 3 tattoos not clear quality.

@kight22  Please make sure your that the "sim detail" setting in the graphics options is set at max.  These settings can revert after a graphics driver update or if the options.ini file is deleted.

If that doesn't help, try removing any accessories this sim is wearing.
