@kleineweber1 I've got a shady memory on this, but have you tried doing each type of cut on a diamond? Maybe that will work? Sometimes you just got to do a lot of cuts on different stones. 

Hi @SandArcher, According to the skill journal, you have to meet the "Gem Collector" challenge by collecting 10 unique types of gems in order to unlock the heart shaped cut.  So trying out the different cuts will probably not unlock it.  Plus I was only able to find one pink diamond in the whole game since I have been playing with that sim.

Which cuts did you unlock so far ? All others ?

Hi @crinrict,  Yes as I said before I have unlocked all the other cuts but that is not the issue.  He's supposed to get the heart shaped cut after collecting 10 unique gems no matter which cuts are already unlocked.  It says so in the skill journal for collecting.   I can only say from memory because I am not able to open the game since the origin update on 9/13, but I have unlocked all the shapes up to Brilliant Cut.  I can't remember all of them but Brilliant was the last one.  Emerald, oval, plumbob, marquis, and crystal ball were some of the other cuts.  Now, no matter how many gems I send off for Brilliant cut, no new cuts are unlocked.

I thought you needed all cuts to unlock it but since you said you have them all, I don't know what' going on.
