@Lynn_Silver  You'll need to contact EA customer support for help.  Take a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable), and upload these when you submit the help request.  I strongly recommend live chat rather than email, both for the quick response time and the ability to explain the issue again when the support rep doesn't understand.  If you don't see the option for live chat, change the location in your browser window to U.S. or U.K., or choose a slightly different category of issue.

The other option is to install Sims 3 via disc.  You'll need a base game disc manufactured before September 2012—the newer ones require Origin, now the EA App—and disc copies of all the packs you want to use.  Let me know if you'd like help with the process.
