Can we get some more control over the coloring/exposure/gamma/contrast of the game?Almost every single daytime stage is incredibly bright and washed out. Everything seems way over exposed and turning the brightness down just makes the cabin details darker.I feel like you'd have less complaints on stage detail if people could actually see the detail 🙂

The game does not allow you to swap between windowed/fullscreen if you are in HDR mode. Toggling the HDR switch in Windows didn't help either. The game definitely detects that HDR is on for windows/monitor, since it enables that option in the game menu. The problem is that once I toggel HDR on in the game it mutes the highlights and flattens the image. Bumping the brightness up raises the highlights, but it also raises the shadows so then everything is super washed out.

Really enjoying the game, but the colour saturation when playing on PSVR2 (cinema mode!) seems really off
Colours are really muted and dull - turning HDR on/off in PS5 settings [> accessories > psvr2 > cinema mode] seems to make no difference at all. Neither do the HDR settings in the game itself.
Would be awesome if a fix could be found, or we had some way to boost the colours.

Try switching hdr on/off in windows settings and also try switching game between fullscreen/borderless window. Sometimes that bug happens with windows hdr. But at least for me hdr works correctly in WRC. But it's possible that it's a gpu driver issue.

HDR work in this game on pc but it looks realy dark and bad implemented. Im on HDR 600 and it should be way more brighter (Peaks).

Hello,
The HDR is broken I have an OLED TV and when I enable HDR the colors are washed out the image gets worst everything is wrong with the HDR of the game.

I know your addressing some graphical issues with this update. With this also address the hdr as it doesn't seem like it's working. This game is miles better than generations but generations does look better

Update: I tested on another display (LG G1 55 Oled), and it looked way better, as I would expected where peak brightness should be (whites actually look white, while blacks still look black), colors also looked more or less correct (general WRC 2023 "pastel look" notwithstanding). So it seems like this is mainly an issue when using the Alienware QD OLED. Something's up with the tone mapping in this game for this particular monitor. I can get it to look sooorta right by using ReShade, but it's hacky and I lose a little detail in the highlights.
Perhaps we need a way to adjust the peak brightness nits in the options to dial it in?
