low-view putting zoom camera

Yes, you can use it with 3-Click.

If using a controller - when putting or near the green, press the button to zoom in (I am on PS5, so this is Triangle for me). Then, click the left thumbstick in twice.

If you're using mouse and keyboard, it may be the CNTRL key you have to press twice...that key's functions seem to line up with what pressing the thumbstick does.  Here are the controls for PC, and maybe that will clear it up: https://www.ea.com/able/resources/ea-sports-pga-tour/ea-sports-pga-tour/pc/controls

I just tested this out while using 3-Click, and it works.

Press triangle to zoom in when near/on the green. Click the left thumbstick twice.
